Organization, Management and Control Model (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001)
Our Company has voluntarily adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

The Model 231 consists of a structured and organic set of principles, rules and provisions regarding the organizational and operational structure, reporting system, and compliance management of our Company.

The Code of Ethics sets out the general principles of transparency, fairness, and professionalism that guide the Company in the conduct of its business.

We invite all employees, customers, and suppliers to become familiar with and respect the provisions contained in the attached documents:
